Firm overview
What is your firm working on right now?
Today you answer that question by walking the desks, phoning, and holding meetings. And it is still just a snapshot that expires within an hour.
In Evidenta the answer is always on screen: what is done, what is running, what is urgent, and who has what on their desk. Live — not from last week’s meeting.

Workload, not impressions
You see in numbers how many obligations each person carries. Work gets distributed by reality, not by who complains the loudest.
A live activity stream
Every filing, uploaded document, and state change is recorded. When you ask “what happened with this”, the answer is in the history.
Vacation without phone calls
The overview works from anywhere. An owner in the mountains sees the same as in the office — no calls needed.
